Dear Parents and Carers,

Firstly we would like to acknowledge a truly remarkable pupil. William sadly passed away recently, and he is greatly missed by the whole school community. William was such a valued member of Maple class, and we were all honoured to have known him. We send his family all our ongoing love and support. He will be remembered by us all.

It has been a very busy half-term. We have enjoyed welcoming new pupils and families to Nancealverne and extend a very warm welcome to you all. We have enjoyed many activities this term including trampolining, swimming, horse-riding and many others.

Focus on Upper Evergreens.

Upper 6th has started our' Cooker-Uppers' ' Enterprise business for this term, making a variety of wraps.

We have visited Penwith College for a Transition session, meeting staff and exploring the campus.

We have volunteered in our community by sorting through food donations for Food Bank, and we have cleared garden areas for others to use.

We are very sad to be saying goodbye to our Home School Liaison Rachel. Rachel has been with us since May 2021 and has made such a huge impact in her time here. We know that she will be greatly missed by all the families and staff and wish her all the very best for the future.

Thank you all so much for your kind harvest donations for Penzance food bank. Your generosity is amazing!
