Dear Parents and Carers,

Happy New Year! As we step into the promise of a fresh chapter, I extend warm greetings to each member of our incredible school community. The start of a new year is a time for reflection, renewal, and the anticipation of exciting possibilities.

As we embark on this new term, let us renew our commitment to academic achievement, personal growth, and community engagement. Our shared dedication to learning and collaboration forms the foundation for a successful and fulfilling term.

A New Year also means a fresh start. We would like to re-launch our uniform expectations that all pupils (excluding Evergreens) wear the school uniform. We understand there may be some personal adjustments required.

Have a lovely weekend.

Best wishes,

Pippa Pyrah

Nancealverne school would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Roy Whitty and his family for their kind and generous donation as well as the ongoing support of our school.

Skills Builder at Nancealverne School

As a gold award skills builder school, we know how important embedding these skills for life are.

There are 8 skills to accomplish, and we have decided to have a focus of at least 1 per month. Our skills builder focus this month is speaking and listening. For our students, we understand this can be more of a focus on finding their student voice and communication, which can be across a number of platforms.

Any opportunity in the classroom, across the school or at home to celebrate ‘their voice’ will be recognised throughout January.

We're Part of the Skills Builder Partnership - UTC Sheffield ...
