ISSUE 018

Dear Parents and Carers,

I would like to extend a huge thank you to our whole school community for the Coronation party on Friday the 5th May. We had an incredible turn-out and everyone enjoyed music from our fantastic choir as well as a very tasty buffet made by our classes.

It is so lovely for our parents, carers, families, students and staff to be able to come together to celebrate the coronation and a historic event in our country's history.

Have a wonderful weekend and let's keep our fingers crossed for some sunshine!

We have an upcoming coffee morning with our occupational therapist Lou Thrower.

The first of these mornings will be on the 16th May from 10am -12pm. If you are wanting to attend could you please email: lthrower@specialpartnership.org to confirm your place. We have limited spaces for this event so please book into avoid disappointment.

Thank you!

As the academic year is in full swing, we want to remind you of the importance of regular school attendance. Consistent attendance is a critical factor in your child's education.

We understand that there may be circumstances where your child cannot attend school due to illness or a family emergency. In these cases, please notify the school as soon as possible. If you know your child is going to need to be absent during school time please speak to one of the office team to get an absence request form and return it, so we can look at your request. Please note this is only for exceptional circumstances. Thank you again for your support with this.
